We provide you with all kinds of documents that covers everything that is needed to proceed for the building project. That ranges from forecasting, preparing tender packages and more.
LUMP SUM CONSTRUCTION
Our database of all the subcontractors we've worked previously with on our completed projects gets constantly updated. This allows us to give our client an accurate and up to date estimate of the project's costing budget.
EARLY STAGE PLANNING
Raland takes pride in its management system. We make sure everything follows the schedule and if any problems arise, it gets resolved almost immediately.
